INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (EXPORT-IMPORT)

1. GLOBAL LOGISTICS OVERVIEW

All international shipments under the brand "GLAMURNY Global" are executed by GLAMURNY RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. We provide specialized international shipping services in strict accordance with global export protocols. Our logistics operations ensure that products reach our B2B partners efficiently and safely across global borders.

2. SHIPPING TERMS & INCOTERMS 2020

To ensure clarity in liability and costs, all shipments are governed by Incoterms® 2020. Unless otherwise specified in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract, our standard shipping terms are:

EXW (Ex Works): Buyer handles the entire transport from our warehouse.

FOB (Free On Board): We deliver goods to the port of loading in India; the Buyer assumes risk thereafter.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover the cost of freight and insurance to the destination port.

CPT (Carriage Paid To): We pay for the carriage of goods up to the named place of destination.

3. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE

GLAMURNY RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ensures all necessary Indian export documentation is completed, including:

Commercial Invoice & Packing List.

Certificate of Origin (COO).

Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB).

Shipping Bill for Export.

Any other specialized certificates as per the Buyer’s destination country regulations.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES & DELAYS

Dispatch Window: Shipments are dispatched only after the confirmation of payment terms and completion of export documentation.

Estimated Delivery: Timelines provided are estimates based on freight forwarder schedules.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier congestion, geopolitical events, port strikes, or Customs Clearance procedures in the destination country.

5. PACKAGING & STANDARDS

We adhere to international export packaging standards to minimize transit damage.

Sea Freight: Heavy-duty, moisture-protected palletized packaging.

Air Freight: Lightweight, reinforced corrugated boxes.

Any specific labeling or fumigation requirements (e.g., ISPM 15 for wooden pallets) must be requested by the Buyer in advance.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT CLEARANCE

Recipient Responsibility: The Buyer is the 'Importer of Record' and is solely responsible for clearing the goods through their local customs.

Taxes: All local import duties, VAT, GST, and administrative fees at the destination port are to be borne by the Buyer.

Refusal: If a shipment is returned to India due to the Buyer’s failure to clear customs or pay duties, all return freight and penalty costs will be deducted from the Buyer’s account.

7. SHIPMENT TRACKING & SUPPORT

Once the cargo is handed over to the carrier, a copy of the transport document (B/L or AWB) and a tracking link (where applicable) will be shared with the Buyer.
