INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY (B2B)

1. NATURE OF AGREEMENT (B2B)

This website and all international trade operations under the brand "GLAMURNY Global" are owned and managed by GLAMURNY RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. All transactions are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B). By issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or making a payment, the Buyer confirms they are a commercial entity. These transactions are governed by international commercial codes and the specific terms of the Sales Contract, not by retail consumer protection laws.

2. ORDER FINALITY AND IRREVOCABILITY

Due to the complexities of export documentation, specialized product handling, and international logistics, all confirmed and processed orders are final and irrevocable.

Cancellations: Once an order is in production or has been booked for shipment, no cancellations or refunds for "change of mind" will be entertained by GLAMURNY RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

Custom Orders: Orders involving custom specifications or private labeling are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. QUALITY COMPLIANCE & PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

GLAMURNY RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED adheres to strict quality benchmarks.

Buyer’s Inspection: To ensure absolute satisfaction, the Buyer is entitled to appoint an internationally recognized third-party inspection agency (e.g., SGS, Intertek) to verify the cargo at the port of loading in India.

Liability Transfer: Once the goods have passed pre-shipment inspection and the Bill of Lading (B/L) is issued, our responsibility for quality and quantity is considered fulfilled.

4. CLAIMS FOR DISCREPANCIES OR DEFECTS

In the rare event of a quality issue or specification discrepancy discovered upon arrival:

Notification Window: The Buyer must notify GLAMURNY RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED in writing within 7 calendar days of the shipment's arrival at the destination port.

Evidence Requirements: Claims must be supported by an official 'Joint Survey Report', high-resolution unboxing videos, and clear photographs of the labels and the defects.

Resolution: Valid claims will be settled via Credit Notes for future orders, replacement of goods in the next shipment, or a partial refund as per mutually agreed international trade terms.

5. TRANSIT DAMAGE AND INCOTERMS

Liability for loss or damage during transit is strictly determined by the Incoterms® 2020 specified in the invoice issued by GLAMURNY RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR).

For CIF contracts, we will facilitate the insurance claim process for the Buyer.

For FOB/EXW contracts, the Buyer is responsible for all risks once the goods are delivered to the carrier or port.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This policy and all sales agreements are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
